Manuscript Submission & Contributor Directives

EPH - International Journal of Biological & Pharmaceutical Science invites global contributions from the academic and research community. To facilitate an efficient publication journey, we kindly ask authors to consult the following criteria thoroughly before initiating their submission.

1. Editorial Specifications for Preparation

To ensure consistency and readability, all submitted works must adhere to the following technical standards:

  • Manuscripts must be composed in clear, proficient English.
  • Use 12-point Times New Roman font with double spacing throughout.
  • Include both page and line numbers to facilitate the review process.
  • Length should not exceed 8,000 words (excluding references and appendices).

2. Structural Framework & Content Sequence

Standard Organization

1. Title Page (with contact info)
2. Abstract & Keywords
3. Introduction & Objectives
4. Methodology & Design

Core Analysis & Style

Abstract: 250–300 words with 4–6 keywords.
Citations: Strictly APA 7th Edition format.

Sequential Flow: Following the methodology, manuscripts must conclude with Results and Discussion, a summary of Findings/Implications, and a complete Reference list.

3. Submission Workflow

Submit your research through our centralized portal by following these steps:

  • Establish a user account on our platform and upload the .docx file.
  • Provide a cover letter detailing the study's relevance and impact.
  • Propose 3–5 qualified reviewers with valid contact information.

4. Ethical Mandates & Disclosures

Authors must maintain rigorous ethical standards and provide documentation for the following:

Approvals & Interests

Provide formal Ethics Committee approval for studies involving human/animal subjects and a complete Conflict of Interest disclosure.

Transparency

State all funding sources/grants and include a Data Availability statement describing how the underlying data can be accessed.
